The OMG team believes clear communciation between parties is essential to meeting or exceeding desired client outcomes. Prior to beginning any chargeable work, we will meet with you to discuss your project goals, scope, existing resources to be utilized as applicable and project timeline.
As a next step, you will receive a detailed written scope of work and professional fees outline for review and acceptance. External expenses such as printing, advertising buys, and website domain/hosting costs are estimated in advance with a not to exceed cap and will be direct billed to you or separately itemized.
