Stephanie DeLay Edmiston is President and CEO of Ocean Marketing Group LLC. Stephanie has more than 23 years of strategic marketing, planning, fundraising and communications experience gained through work in highly visible public and private sector executive positions. |
Her executive leadership roles include: Executive Vice President, Provenance Development Company; Public Affairs Manager, Port of Shreveport-Bossier; Executive Director, Bossier City-Parish Metropolitan Planning Commission; Vice President of Community Development, Sci-Port Discovery Center; Riverfront Marketing and Development Manager, City of Shreveport; Director of Communications, City of Shreveport Mayor’s Office; Director of Marketing and Development, Shreveport Downtown Development Authority; and Marketing Director, Pierre Bossier Mall.
Her significant community involvement includes past service on the Board of Directors of the Shreveport-Bossier Convention & Tourist Bureau, the Red River Revel, the Better Business Bureau, the Bossier Rotary Club and the Shreveport-Bossier Leadership Council. She also served as the Communications Chairman for the Cypress Baptist Church Building Project, as a Shreveport Regional Arts Council Community Cultural Plan Advisory Council Member, as a focus group facilitator for the 1991 Shreve Memorial Library Tax Passage, and as a charter Krewe of Gemini member and founding Grand Ball Chairman.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University with a major in Journalism and a minor in Marketing and Economics. Edmiston is also a graduate of the National Association of Government Communicators Communications School, the Public Relations Society of America National Public Relations Programming Institute and the Leadership Shreveport-Bossier Program.
Edmiston currently serves as Immediate Past Chairman on the CHRISTUS Health Northern Louisiana Board of Directors Executive Committee. She is a former member of the SB Magazine Editorial Board and is a Past Chairman of the Sci-Port Discovery Center Board of Directors where she serves on the Strategic Funding Advisory Committee.

George J. Valcho

George J. Valcho is a senior member of the OMG strategic marketing team specializing in direct marketing, web site development and marketing technology. He has over 24 years of direct marketing, marketing system development and programming experience. |
George was most recently employed by Bowman Systems as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management. As VP of Marketing, George was responsible for all marketing collateral, web content and design, RFP responses, and leading Bowman Systems quarterly User Group meetings. As VP of Product Management, George directed the development of Bowman’s latest version of ServicePoint. ServicePoint is a Community Management Information System used in a wide variety of Social Service settings.
Before joining Bowman Systems in Shreveport, George served as the Vice President of Client Services and Senior Technical Consultant for direct marketing agency Rapp Collins Worldwide in Dallas. George’s 17 years of experience at Rapp Collins provide him with a thorough understanding of all aspects of direct marketing, including creative development, loyalty programs, communication plans, and response analysis. However, his primary focus was building and operating databases that permitted clients to engage one-to-one with individual customers. He managed Rapp Collins’ involvement with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Hilton HHonors loyalty program, Dell Computer Corporation consumer catalogue, Bell Canada Rewards, The Loyalty Group, Sony PlayStation, Knoll Pharmaceutical, Isuzu American Motors, and Thrifty Car Rental.
Prior to joining Rapp Collins, George had five years of hands-on data processing experience with Dallas-based BancTec, a leader in the financial document processing industry. His primary responsibilities included programming BancTec’s Image Processing System, sales demonstrations, and training end users.
He earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in management information systems from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
George launched White Roof Interactive in June of 2011 to meet search engine optimization enhancement and web development needs for basic web sites and to address growing demands for ecommerce sites. He also operates a part-time sports photography business (www.GVSportsPhotography.com) and is active in the youth program at Cypress Baptist Church.

Kevin Martin

Kevin Martin is the senior design member of the OMG team. Martin graduated magna cum laude from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design. After serving as the senior designer for Gremillion, Pou & Associates in Shreveport, Kevin opened his own graphic design business in 2003. |

With clients such as the Louisiana Boardwalk, General Motors, the Shreveport Convention & Tourist Bureau, Villaggio, Louisiana State University Shreveport, and High Lifter products, Martin has a proven track record for providing successful design solutions.
He also believes in giving back to his community and growing others in his field of expertise. Martin donates time to the Caddo Career and Technical school in Caddo Parish as a lecturer, mentor and judge. He has also served as a volunteer judge for the local Artbreak Competition.
